Appointed by the Board with effect from 1st October, 2022, Shri Rajiv Agarwal, Director (Technical), Engineers India Limited serves in the capacity of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited.

Shri Rajiv Agarwal graduated in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He joined EIL as Management Trainee in year 1988. He has extensive technical and consulting experience across hydrocarbon value chain. He has served the EIL in various capacities and led successful implementation of many prestigious projects in Oil & Gas and Fertilizer sector. During his illustrious career spanning over 33 years, he has led design of mega refineries & petrochemical projects, Gas Processing complex & Fertilizer Projects. He has lead teams of Process Design, R&D, Environment, Water & Safety and other divisions of the company and is also leading company’s initiative in the sunshine areas like Green Hydrogen, Biofuels, Net Zero interventions, Renewables, etc.
