Shri S. Manoharan has taken charge as the Chief Executive Officer of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) with effect from 24th September 2025.

Prior to this, he was associated with Engineers India Limited for over 15 years. A Mechanical Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Project Management (MBA), Shri Manoharan brings with him more than 35 years of extensive experience in Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Contracts and Construction Management across diverse sectors including Refineries, Petrochemicals, LNG & LPG projects, Offshore, Underground Caverns and Ports & Harbours in India and abroad.
