Shri Sanjeev Gulaty joined as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited on 3rd March, 2026.

Sh. Sanjeev Gulaty has been an integral part of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) since November 1991, when he joined as a Management Trainee at Vijaipur. Over the past three and a half decades, he has dedicated his career to the growth and excellence of NFL, serving continuously at Vijaipur and rising to his current position as General Manager (Maintenance).

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur (UP), batch of 1990, Sh. Gulaty has built a distinguished career marked by technical expertise, leadership, and innovation. He played a pivotal role in the commissioning of Energy Saving Projects for Line-I and Line-II plants at NFL Vijaipur in 2012, initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and sustainability.

With over 35 years of rich experience in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance, Sh. Gulaty is recognized for his deep knowledge, problem-solving acumen, and commitment to excellence. His contributions have strengthened NFL’s reputation for reliability and innovation in fertilizer production.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sh. Gulaty has also excelled in sports. A passionate table tennis player, he earned numerous awards during his college years and continued to bring laurels while working in NFL through his sporting talent.

Born in 1968, Sh. Gulaty embodies dedication, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that have defined his journey from a young engineer to a senior leader.
